Itinerary

Day 1: Udaipur Arrival | Local Sightseeing
• Arrive in Udaipur and check into the hotel, followed by a briefing session by the trip captain.
• We will embark on a local sightseeing tour, visiting The City Palace, a testament to Rajasthan's grandeur with its flamboyant architectural style and panoramic views of the city.
• Next, we’ll visit Sajjangarh Fort (Monsoon Palace), a unique hilltop residence.
• As Udaipur is home to many beautiful lakes, our tour will include Lake Pichola, an artificial freshwater lake dating back to the 13th century.
• In the evening, we will head back to our hotel. Dinner will be served, followed by an overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 2: Udaipur to Jodhpur via Kumbhalgarh Fort 
• After an early morning breakfast, we'll check out and head towards Jodhpur, renowned as the Blue City.
• En route, we’ll visit Kumbhalgarh Fort, also known as The Great Wall of India, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest fort complexes in the world.
• We will also visit the Maharana Pratap Museum in Haldighati, commemorating Mewari Rana and his battles with the Mughals.
• Upon arrival in Jodhpur, we’ll check into our hotel. Dinner will be served, followed by an overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 3: Jodhpur Sightseeing 
• After breakfast, we will head out for a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur, starting with Umaid Bhawan Palace, one of the largest private residences in the world.
• Next, we’ll visit Mehrangarh Fort, perched on a cliff, and then Jaswant Thada, known as the Taj Mahal of Mewar for its intricately carved marble structures.
• To experience Rajasthan's flavors, we will indulge in a Food Tour near the Ghanta Ghar, tasting local delicacies like kachori, lassi, and mirchi vada.
• In the evening, we’ll return to our hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 4: Jodhpur to Jaisalmer 
• After breakfast, we’ll check out and head towards Jaisalmer, the Golden City nestled in the heart of the Thar Desert.
• Upon arrival in Jaisalmer, we’ll check into our Swiss campsite.
• Afterward, we’ll enjoy a Desert Safari at Sam Sand Dunes, complete with camel rides and cultural shows by Rajasthani folk groups showcasing music and dance.
• As dusk settles, we'll experience Desert Camping under the starry skies. Dinner will be served, followed by an overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 5: Jaisalmer Sightseeing 
• After breakfast, we’ll check out and explore Jaisalmer City, starting with Kuldhara, an abandoned village known as Ghost Village.
• We’ll then visit Jaisalmer Fort, a living fort where half the city’s population resides, and Gadisar Lake, offering stunning views of the fort.
• In the evening, we'll embark on an overnight journey back to Udaipur.

Day 6: Arrival at Udaipur 
• Early morning, we will arrive in Udaipur and bid farewell to one another, cherishing unforgettable memories from the trip.
• This marks the end of our enchanting journey through Rajasthan with WanderVeda.
